These terms govern your use of the EgeraTech website, the EgeraTech ID account system and any EgeraTech product that links to this page. By creating an EgeraTech ID or using our services, you agree to them.
1. Accepting these terms
By visiting our website or creating an EgeraTech ID, you confirm that you accept these terms and that you are able to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the services.
2. Your EgeraTech ID
A single EgeraTech ID gives you access to every EgeraTech product. You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, username and email on your account, for keeping your password confidential, and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has gained access to it.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use our services to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, to send unsolicited messages, or to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may suspend or close an account used in these ways.
4. Ownership of content
The EgeraTech name, logo, design and software belong to us or to our licensors. You keep ownership of the content you send us, and you grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it so that the service can work.
5. Services run by others
Our products may link to, or depend on, services operated by other companies. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.
6. Changes and availability
We improve our products continuously, so features may change and a service may be interrupted for maintenance. We may also update these terms; when a change is significant, it will appear on this page with a new date.
7. Warranties and liability
Our services are provided as they are, without a warranty that they will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, EgeraTech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost data, revenue or profit.
8. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Burundi, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Bujumbura. For any question about them, write to contact@egeratech.com.
